Stella Pierides’s poetry book In the Garden of Absence (Fruit Dove Press) won a Merit Book Award of the Haiku Society of America 2013 for books published in 2012.

Stella has co-edited and contributed to Even Paranoids Have Enemies (Routledge, 1998) and Beyond Madness (JKP, 2002). She is currently project managing the Per Diem feature of The Haiku Foundation.
