Commissioned by The Brecon Beacons National Park this abstract 3m wide Red kite sculpture has been designed to balance on its beak and move in the wind.

One of Britain’s much-loved National Parks changed its name Brecon Beacons to the Welsh language Bannau Brycheiniog – or informally as ‘the Bannau’
